I am 100% a hometowm girl. I was born in Minot but raised in Williston, and I graduated from Williston High School in 2002. From there, I attended Williston State College and received both an Associate of Arts degree and an Associate of Science degree. I then transferred onto the University of North Dakota and received a Bachelor of the Arts in Psychology in 2012 and achieved Summa Cum Laude Honors. I continued on with my education at UND and received a Master’s Degree in Psychology in 2019. I am now attending UND yet again and am working towards attaining a second Master’s degree in Counseling with a K-12 Emphasis.

My husband’s name is Steven, and together we have a daughter named Harper. My family is paramount in my life, and I love spending my free time with them while we go camping, spend time at the lake, travel, and watch Steelers football and UND Men’s hockey.

My favorite quote is, “I firmly believe that any man's finest hour, the greatest fulfillment of all that he holds dear, is that moment when he has worked his heart out in a good cause and lies exhausted on the field of battle - victorious.” --Vince Lombardi Jr.

A fun fact about me is that I love to cook and bake, and I wanted to go to culinary school to become a pastry chef after I graduated from high school; however, life took me in a different direction.
